I took my car to 5j Monday morning for minor body repairs and by Wednesday afternoon my car was ready. The work on my car was amazing!. My car look brand new like when I first bought in at the dealer. The work of Eddie,Mike, and Junior are above and beyond. They truly care about the customer and more the care about the work they do. They are the best in the Bronx!, period. So if you need work on your vehicle this is the place to go and the place to be. Also more importantly. They really gave a great price due to not using my insurance coverage. They are awesome. So ask for Eddie, Mike, or Junior! Juan!

My car was hit a few times over the last year, and recently, the front bumper was completely damaged. I got by, as many New Yorkers do, with tape and makeshift solutions. I went to Five Js Auto and was fortunate to have Johnny as my technician. He was polite, knowledgeable, considerate, and communicative throughout the process. As a woman going to an auto shop alone, I'm sure many folks can understand the worry I faced as I headed in. Johnny reassured me that my car would look new once he was finished, and boy oh boy did he keep that promise! You can't tell that there was any damage to begin with, and my car looks better than it did when I drove off the dealership lot! There were constant text updates from their automated system and from Johnny. They provided a price breakdown and helped me understand what things would cost and what would impact my car. Moving forward, I won't go anywhere else to any other technician. Thanks, Johnny!

Five J’s Automative does excellent work! My car was in a collision and it looks brand new! The warranty of the work they do lasts for the life of the car as long as you are the owner. Johnny was extremely helpful as well as professional! Everything was explained in details. They also detailed the car for you. I would highly recommend Five J’s. The entire staff is helpful and friendly too. Way to go Five J’s ! Awesome job!!!!!

Recently, I hit a streak of bad luck...twice in just two weeks. I was honestly devastated and a little embarrassed to come back after just picking up my car three days prior! Insaneeee... I know..But Mike and Johnny immediately put me at ease. Both times, they were easy to work with, understanding, and their prices were reasonable. My car actually looks better than it did when I first bought it! I pray I wont need services again but if I do I wont hesitate to come back and if your reading this I assume you need some repairs. I suggest you put down the phone and pull up. You wont be disappointed!

I recently brought my car to Five J’s Automotive after being in a car accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, Johnny took incredible care of me. He explained everything clearly, walked me through the damage, and made sure I felt confident about the repairs. They made the whole process stress-free. I dropped off my car and they immediately gave me a ride to the rental car location—super quick and convenient. They even told me I could drop off my rental with them when the repairs were done and they would return it for me. That level of service is rare. The work they did on my car was outstanding. It came back looking brand new, the damage completely repaired, and they backed it with a lifetime warranty. That gave me real peace of mind after the accident. Johnny and the entire team at Five J’s went above and beyond from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. If you ever need automotive repair, this is the place to go!
